PAYE (Pay As You Earn) is the income tax your employer takes from each pay. GYCalc starts from your taxable pay, takes off your personal allowance (the larger of GY$140,000 a month or a third of your taxable pay), NIS and other allowed deductions. The first GY$280,000 a month of what is left is taxed at 25% and the rest at 35%. Work out your take-home.
